Alpha Projects
Project management was an integral component of Sterling Yachts at a time when the company was reknowned for its specialization in the restoration of antique and classic wooden yachts.
In 1998 Alpha Projects was spun off as a separate entity to provide comprehensive project management for a variety of industries. Beginning in 1999 the services were focussed on refits and programmed maintenance in the mega - yacht segment of the marine industry.
The core services of the company were broadened in 2002 to encompass planning and implementation of real estate ventures between the HomeArts Companies and partners in Connecticut. In 2004 the scope will be further expanded to include support partnerships in both Maine and Pennsylvania.

Founded in 1991 as a division of Sterling Yachts, the company grew rapidly to become a primary source for developing corporate meeting plans hosted at the area casinos and other regional venues. The company was expanded to become a separate entity because of its unique ability to fulfill a dual role as both vendors for and providers of corporate meeting planning services.
A private funding company for real estate investment and land development projects. The renovation of the corporate guest suite located one block from the executive offices in Portland, Maine was managed by Pendelton Contracting, and is now complete.
